Check Your Watch at Delivery
Please check your watch when it arrives. If anything looks wrong, contact us right away.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, as long as the watch is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Exchanges for Defects
If your watch has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or exchange it. Please contact us with photos or a short video of the issue.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Watches that have been worn, damaged, resized, opened or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
